  3. Welcome to America Online's Picture This! interactive CD-ROM. This
  4. document contains technical and user information regarding the
  5. software on this CD-ROM.  Please take a moment to read and print
  6. this document.
  7.  
  8. Please exit all programs (including all virus protection programs),
  9. reboot your computer and place your AOL Picture This! CD-ROM in the
  10. appropriate drive.  Accessing the AOL Picture This! is easy. The
  11. CD-ROM has an autolauncher, so it will run automatically.
  12.  
  13. Note: The Picture This! CD-ROM suite of products is for Windows
  14. 95/98 systems only.
  15.  
  16. All programs can be installed from the interactive portion of the
  17. CD-ROM by selecting a program, then click on the "CLICK HERE TO
  18. INSTALL"  which is located on the mouse.  Next, please read the
  19. information on the computer monitor on the right of the screen then
  20. click on the "CONTINUE TO INSTALL PROGRAM" button.

  22. Or, you can manually install the programs directly from the CD. 
  23. Close all other programs prior to installation.

  25. Manual Installation:
  26. Please note:  In order to do a manual installation of any program 
  27. on the CD it must already be in the CD-ROM drive.  If you place the 
  28. CD in the drive it will automatically launch and you will need to 
  29. exit and then follow these instructions.

  31. Step 1    Make sure the Picture This! CD-ROM is in the CD-ROM drive.
  32. Step 2    Double-click on the My Computer icon.
  33. Step 3    Right mouse click on the Picture This! CD-ROM icon, 
  34.     choose "Open".
  35. Step 4    Double-click on the Media folder.
  36. Step 5    Double-click on the Products folder.
  37. Step 6    Double-click on the desired program folder.
  38. Step 7    Double-click on SETUP.EXE.

  40. Note: Not every program uses the file name Setup.exe.  In these 
  41. cases, there is usually only one file in the folder with and .EXE 
  42. extension. Double-click on the file with the .EXE extension to 
  43. begin.

  45. Step 8    Follow the onscreen prompts to complete installing the 
  46. program for Win 95/98.
